Opening The Week of Mar 12
Films opening this week include Paul Greengrass’ THE GREEN ZONE with Matt Damon. This film should do better after THE HURT LOCKER won the Oscar for Best Picture last Sunday.
THE HURT LOCKER gets a theatrical re-release this week. But it is already available on DVD. Your pick – if you have not seen it yet!

THE HURT LOCKER, currently selling extremely well on DVD as well as on iTunes will be re-released theatrically this Friday on 30 screens in all major markets across the country.

82nd Oscar Ceremony
82ND Oscars
No major surprises during the 82nd Academy Award Ceremonies last night. The only tension was who would eventually win the Best Picture Oscar – THE HURT LOCKER or AVATAR? But after THE HURT LOCKER’s director Kathryn Bigelow walked away with the Best Director prize, the clear winner was THE HURT LOCKER. This was a moment of her lifetime. At least James Cameron got the most money for a film in motion picture history. Which person would you rather be?
