Korea Beats Kuwait!
This got nothing to do with films or anything involved geekness, but South Korea defeated Kuwait and advanced to the next year’s World Cup in Germany. I still remember the last time in Jpan/Korea. They were the dark horse and sure brought excitment in entire tournament. They are the first Asia to be advanced for Germany so i will keep you guys posted on the rest.

Korean Invasion
A heavy wave of Korean film actors and actresses are hitting the Hong Kong entertainment industry by storm. Stephen Chow started searching for a Korean actress to play a role in his sequel to KUNG FU HUSTLE. Chow has expressed his admiration for Korean artists and culture. He has sent a horde of talent agents out to recruit rising Korean actresses as fresh faces for KUNG FU HUSTLE 2. That means we will see quite few films collaborating between Hong Kong dircetors and Korean stars. Kim Hee-sun joined Jacky Chan in THE MYTH, and most of all Jeon Ji-hyeon stars in DAISY directed by Infernal Affairs trilogy’s Andrew Lau.
