SAW 2 trailer on-line
The full trailer for SAW 2 is now on-line. I’ll admit that I still haven’t watched the original, despite having a shrinkwrapped DVD sitting on my DVD shelf. But I do remember the original SAW trailer and this trailer is a good sequel to that. Looks like a bunch of people are trapped in a house and some refugee from the PUPPETMASTER movies is chasing them down and murdering them in innovative and masochistic ways.

HARRY POTTER 4 sneak peak
EXTRA has uploaded a sneak peek at the trailer for HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE. It is small, but it looks pretty freaking cool (if you are a Harry Potter fan anyway). I was really disappointed that Alfonso Cuaron wasn’t returning to direct this one, but based on what has been released to date, it looks like Mike Newell is doing a great job of preserving the dark tone of the third film. This one is guaranteed to be action packed, as Harry catches Asian Fever and competes in the Tri-Wizard tournament.

THE FOG trailer is now on-line
For those of you who missed its debut at the San Diego Comicon, the trailer for THE FOG is now available on-line. This one looks pretty cool and I definitely like that they kept the character of radio D.J. Stevie Wayne. During the Q&A at Comicon, director Rupert Wainwright mentioned that the fog itself will be more of a character in this movie. It’s still filled with zombies, but now thanks to CG effects, the fog can sneak up on people and do creepy ***censored***. Also at the panel, the super-cute Maggie Grace (LOST) confirmed that she has a shower scene with Tom Welling in the movie. While none of these things can replace Adrienne Barbeau, I think this could be a good popcorn flick.

TRANSPORTER 2 trailer on-line
A new trailer for THE TRANSPORTER 2 is now on-line. This looks like an Audi commercial crossed with MAN ON FIRE and put through the patented Luc Besson euro-action-o-matic story processor. For me, that means a great rental. Click on the image to check it out.

ELIZABETHTOWN full-length trailer
The ELIZABETHTOWN news just keeps on pouring in. First was the 7-minute internet exclusive trailer and now Paramount has released the full-length theatrical trailer. I look forward to this movie more and more with everything I see. The trailer strikes me as having quite a few similarities to GARDEN STATE, but I have a feeling this will be a substantially better movie. I am so glad they fired Ashton Kutcher from this!
