Chris Rock wants to do POOTIE TANG 2
Moviehole reports that there is a small chance that the modern cult-classic POOTIE TANG may get a sequel. Here’s what Chris Rock has to say about it: “We keep talking about it. I don’t know, man. Start a club. Get some people to sign a petition. It’s weird. There are some people who love Pootie Tang and then there are other people who hate Pootie Tang with a passion and want to destroy Mr. Tang. But I would love to do another Pootie Tang. I live to do another Pootie Tang. So it could happen.” Sepotown!

Dark Water image gallery
We’ve just added an image gallery for the upcoming horror flick DARK WATER starring Jennifer Connelly. This is, of course, another U.S. remake of a Japanese horror movie. On the positive side, everything released so far about this project makes it look like it is of much higher quality that something like THE GRUDGE or RING TWO. Hilarious new FANTASTIC FOUR photos
On the surface it seems like making a FANTASTIC FOUR movie would be a fairly simple thing. The concept and characters would seem to translate fairly naturally to the big screen. But that doesn’t seem to be the case. First there was the laughable Roger Corman version that was never released. Now we have the upcoming big-budget version which doesn’t look all that much better. Fantastic 411 has scored some advance photos that are actually pretty hilarious. It looks like Doctor Doom has gone all Mr. Freeze on Mr. Fantastic’s ***censored***.

STAR WARS: EPISODE ZERO?
George Lucas probably has all kinds of wild ideas after the huge commercial and critical success of REVENGE OF THE SITH. Now he’s even hinting that there might be one more STAR WARS prequel in the works. Lucas recently told a scooper forCinescape that he has an idea for a prequel to THE PHANTOM MENACE. The movie would be set 88 years prior to that film and would focus on the Jedi’s battle to overthrow the Sith. Yoda would be one of the lead characters for the film. If the project does go forward Lucas would probably find someone else to direct it. (Via: Moviehole)
