Marketing NARNIA: Keeping the christians happy
There has been a lot of press lately about Disney’s marketing plans for NARNIA. Apparently everybody involved is walking on eggshells so as not to alienate the potentially huge Christian audiences. This is being carefully considered in every aspect of the film, from the promotional artwork to the soundtracks being released. Disney knows that if the movie is popular they will make hundreds of millions of dollars. But they know if they can get christian audiences on board they will be able to add tens of millions of dollars on top of that.
