A hilarious British-American fusion comedy.

An American businessman (Binder) and his wife (Garofalo) arrive in London under the assumption that he was brought in to consult on an impending business merger. The fact is Matthew Barnes (Binder) is being groomed to replace John Gissing (Alan Rickman), his British counterpart. Gissing has seen the writing on the wall and isn’t about to quietly give up his position. Instead he sends the American couple on a series of comic misadventures in an attempt to make the couple’s stay as unpleasant as possible. Just when Gissing thinks he’s gotten the best of them, Barnes finds a way to turn the tables on Gissing leading to a mutually beneficial solution.
