Bryce Dallas Howard bares it all in MANDERLAY

February 3rd, 2006 by Cinema Eye

If there’s one thing you can definitely expect from director Lars Von Trier - it’s controversy. His upcoming flick MANDERLAY definitely won’t be an exception. It’s the follow-up to DOGVILLE and continues his trilogy of films about America. Like DOGVILLE, MANDERLAY seems to be shot on minimalistic sets which actually look pretty interesting. It is set in the 1930s and focuses on a town where slavery is still legal. The character played by Bryce Dallas Howard travels to the town in an attempt to set things right. Based on the photos that have been leaked, it appears she does this by making some sweet interracial love. Daily Starlet has the pictures. I wonder what Ron Howard is thinking right now. (LINK)
