Film captures #1 spot in Canada 8 weeks into release
For immediate release…Toronto…After eight weeks in theatres, The King’s Speech still dominates the Canadian box office ringing in at #1 this weekend with a gross of $1.4 million. To date, The King’s Speech has earned $10.5 million Canadian box office.
Since winning the Toronto International Film Festival Cadillac People’s Choice Award 2010, The King’s Speech continues to wow audiences and dominate this year’s awards season.
