CREEPSHOW 3 teaser

I’ve heard rumblings about CREEPSHOW 3 but haven’t paid much attention to them until now. After viewing the laughably terrible and cheap-looking “teaser" for CREEPSHOW 3, it’s hard to believe that the original CREEPSHOW was a major release written by Stephen King and directed by George Romero. When I was a young kid, that movie was one of the ultimate horror movies. But this like most of the other properties Romero helped launch has fallen into the hands of bottom feeders. Easy: This is going to suck. I’ve been following their so-called “teasers,” which they change out every so often, and so far, they look wretched.
After I checked out the writer/directors’ filmographies on IMDB, now I know why.
It’s too bad, because the first CREEPSHOW is a horror classic. I used to rent it over and over from Sound Warehouse when I was a kid. I even like CREEPSHOW 2, which didn’t match the quality, but was still dead-on in tone and spirit.
Wow. Memory lane and all that. Watching Creepshow as a kid and then a Sound Warehouse mention.
And yeah, this one looks awful.
I think the teasers look pretty cool, plus its been awhile since we’ve had a horror anthology. I for one cannot wait to see this.. bring it on!
as much as i loved Creepshow 1 and 2 its not the same no wonder why its straight to DVD ill rent it wont buy it maybe if i like it ill dubb it..haha but this one gets no respect from me...classic though part 1 king watching the wild samoans wrestle while he turns into a plant hhhaha.....everyone should know that straight to videos suck....their covers look better than movies that are mainstream and winning academy awards..if they put a quarter of the effort into the movies as they do making the dvd VHS or movie poster for straight to video movies....there will never bea straight to video movie ever again....
The teaser sucks because the movie hasn’t even hardly been filmed. In fact, the site hasn’t even been made. All the little flash show does is let you preview what little there is of the movie. On Christmas Eve, the site will officially be up and about.
And this, I believe, will be poorly budgeted and probably produced independently unless they didn’t make up all that about “Creepy Films Inc.”
On the poster it does have an unreadable logo in the credits at the bottom, which kinda’ promises somewhat of a budget (thank God).
