DUNGEON SIEGE splits into two movies
October 8th, 2005 by Cinema Eye
Internet fan-favorite director Dr. Uwe Boll (ISLAND OF THE DEAD) is preparing to release his new movie DUNGEON SIEGE which stars Jason Statham and Leelee Sobieski. He recently announced to MTV News that this film is simply too epic to be confined by one film. In true LORD OF THE RINGS fashion, the current cut of the film runs over 4 hours. So, no doubt inspired by Quentin Tarantino’s KILL BILL, he is splitting it into two “volumes.” The first volume has been retitled: IN THE NAME OF THE KING: A DUNGEON SIEGE TALE.

Moviehole.net had the rumor last Thursday,
We actually broke this news and full confirmation on Sunday on my site at

Rotten Tomatoes and others picked up the story later and it has grown.
Please god, may this ***censored*** of a director get shot some day.
