More TWIN PEAKS movie rumors
November 28th, 2005 by Cinema Eye
Although David Lynch continues to deny there are any more TWIN PEAKS projects in the future, Mark Frost seems to be holding out hope. In a recent interview with MTV, Frost hinted that there is still a possibility for a future project involving MacLachlan’s agent Dale Cooper.
Mark Frost: We’ve talked a little about [a new project], and it’s a possibility down the road. I think it would be hard to re-create the world of TWIN PEAKS at this point, but Kyle is still there and still a terrific actor, and that’s a character we could possibly take other places."
This is still VERY far-fetched, but we will continue to cling to any hope of any new TWIN PEAKS related material - as long as Lynch is involved. (via Moviehole)

How I wish this were true. Agent Cooper is my hero.
If it falls through, why not do a Chris Issak/Kiefer Sutherland movie? I still contend their opening section of FIRE WALK WITH ME was the best part of that movie (all of which I love, though).
