Opening this weekend: THE MAN, EXORCISM

Last weeks #1 hit TRANSPORTER 2, is still going strong, but it will face some competition from two new flicks this weekend: THE MAN and THE EXORCISM OF EMILY ROSE.  The heavily promoted EXORCISM (opening on 2,981 screens) is expected to nab the top slot. The Samuel Jackson/Eugene Levy vehicle THE MAN is not expected to break $10 million. I personally will be skipping both of these flicks, but for this time of year… eh… it could be worse. In limited release Miramax is opening AN UNFISHED LIFE on 139 screens.
