STAR WARS 3-D

When speaking at the the ShoWest convention in Las Vegas George Lucas announced some of his plans to further milk his already weary STAR WARS franchise. Lucas plans to re-release the films theatrically, but this time in 3-D. He plans to have a 3-D version of A NEW HOPE ready for the 30th anniversary of the film in 2007 and will release the rest of the series after that on an annual basis.
