October 30th, 2006 by Chris Blagden

To Catch a fire is a drama/thriller about terrorism in Apartheid-era South Africa

Aussie director Phillip Noyce broke into the Hollywood scene after his best and most excellent film NEWSFRONT way back in 1978.  NEWSFRONT still remains one of the most memorable Australian films of all time.  It is therefore of great excitement to see Noyce tackle once again events based on a true story.

To Catch a fire is a drama/thriller about terrorism in Apartheid-era South Africa, the film revolves around a policeman (Tim Robbins) and a young man (Derek Luke) who carries out solo attacks against the South African regime.
