Tom Cruise in London for Mission Impossible 3

April 26th, 2006 by Chris Blagden

Tom Cruise

He said he wasn’t going to come to the UK but in a last minute change of heart actor Tom Cruise spent four solid hours talking to hundreds of fans waiting on the red carpet outside the UK premiere of his latest movie, Mission Impossible 3.

Tom is known for spending time meeting and greeting the fans although it wasn’t long ago that Cruise was squirted with water while beimg interviewed. That event also happened outside London’s famous Leicester Square venue.

Originally, Tom Cruise had not been scheduled to attend the premiere at the Odeon Leicester Square because he wanted to spend time with his fiancee, Katie Holmes, and new baby daughter Suri but he later changed his mind, saying that Katie Holmes had since persuaded him to continue his European promotional tour, which had started with a premiere in Rome on Monday.

Mission Impossible 3, also starring Oscar winner Philip Seymour Hoffman and Ving Rhames, will be released around the world in the first week of May
