Trailer: BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN

The trailer for Ang Lee’s gay cowboy epic is now online. You may have heard that this film won the top prize at the recent Venice Film Festival. I’m actually looking forward to see this one. It definitely seems like a return to what Ang Lee is good at (after the disastrous misstep that was THE HULK). I am even more curious to see how this plays in Red America. My prediction is that it will make most of it’s money overseas.

I’m very troubled over the viewing of the film. Life has more to offer than people wrapping their lives up in having a affair with the same sex. Thats what’s wrong with our society it’s brain is screwed up on un Godly sex acts, drugs, and alcohol. We are burnt out on all the wrong things instead of the good things. Lets turn the world around with good moral movies and try to get back on the right track for once in our lives.
It’s great to see some facts been brought to life and to our local theater. I’m a gay guy whose been in and out of love, but the people that I have fallen in and out of love with are all married. This movie not only inspire me, but also is a a ray of hope to let me know that somehow..things will be OK.
Brokeback Mountain is without a doubt one of the best movie I’ve ever seen. It goes to show that love will conquer all...loneliness, sorrow, as well as distance..True love is bigger than truth and I am honored and blessed
I believe this movie describe deep in every human theres a feeling want to loved. Something makes me a little bit confused why this film only see love same like sex as a force of nature rather as a gift of God, that a have consequency like sex only between man and women, not between man and man. But for me this film is very good coz its tell something with honestly. The choice of setting place and how the director explore the emotion every one, impress me a lot.
I thought Ang Lee got stellar performances from all the actors. We have all seen these actors before and I was especially impressed with Anne Hathaway’s performance. Now that they have experienced Ang Lee I expect all the actors to go on to great careers with what they learned. He smoothed the rough edges off everyone’s performance. You may not like Brokeback Mountain, but it has people talking.
