Unnerving Documentary this Wed at Docs Soup

Hot Docs is pleased to open the 2010-11 season of the Doc Soup monthly screening series with the Toronto premiere of SONS OF PERDITION (D: Jennilyn Merten and Tyler Measom, USA, 87 MIN), which takes viewers inside the lives of three teenage boys who have fled the powerful Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (FLDS) to fend for themselves in mainstream America. 

SONS OF PERDITION will receive its Toronto premiere on Wednesday, October 6, at 6:30 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. at the Bloor Cinema, 506 Bloor Street West. Filmmakers Merten and Measom will be in attendance to introduce the film and answer questions following the screenings.
